Alert: Waste Management Service Day Change

In a letter sent dated July 25th, 2010 from Allied Waste Services states they just completed a re-route in our area and our service day has changed effective Monday August 2nd.  Please refer to your letter for more info.  Quick summary below.

Beginning the week of August 2nd, 2010 our new service day is Thursday.  Please have cans at the curb by 6 am.

There is a new recycle and yard waste calendar enclosed in the letter as well.

Customers who experience extended days between pickups may place out double the amount on their first new pick up day. Please see the website at

Kenmore Solicitor Requirements

Bridlepath is a non soliciting neighborhood.  The "no Soliciting" sign is POSTED at the entrance to our development. If a "No Soliciting" sign is posted, no solicitor or registered peddler is permitted to contact residents - even with a permit.

If you have a solicitor come to your door, you are not required to answer the door. If you choose to answer the door you can inform them that our HOA does not allow solicitors. If the person refuses to comply or becomes hostile or aggressive, close your door and call 911 to report the incident. As the board and officers of your neighborhood association we encourage you to tell us what's on your mind. We see our role as promoting a neighborhood in which we all want to live. This includes identifying and seeking to resolve community-wide issues.

The issues we deal with include, but are not limited to neighborhood safety, architectural control, maintenance and improvement of common areas, and promoting a sense of community.
