1. Attached is a Notice you may use for Vehicles Parked Illegally. Posted on the Website, too. Click Here for Notice

2. We have had some complaints regarding Dog Feces on the sidewalks – please be kind to your neighbors and dispose of your Dog Feces in a proper manner. Please use your “Pooper Scoopers”

3. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite Holiday Decorated House, voting began Dec 9th and will end on Dec 17th.

4. IMPORTANT INFO: Neighborhood Safety Committee Meeting rescheduled for January 25th, 2007. Notices will be sent out at a Later Date. We are trying to setup a BLOCK WATCH – SO WE NEED EVERYONE WHO CAN ATTEND THIS MEETING!

5. 2007 Annual Dues are Due on January 15th, 2007 – Notices were sent out the end of October via Mail.

6. IMPORTANT INFO: Annual Meeting is January 17th, 2007 – Notices will be sent out Later. We will be electing 2 new board members so if you would like to be considered please notify the board via email. We also need all who can attend
to be present for voting.
