Parking:
Posted: 10/28/06
This is a reminder from the board of the
homeowners association that you should never park on the
sidewalk, even partially. Parking on the sidewalk makes it
difficult and unsafe for pedestrians to pass. Also, parking on a
curve in the street poses a traffic hazard, especially for
emergency vehicles. Both parking on the sidewalk and parking on
a curve are violations for which the police will ticket you.
Thank you.
Approved parking areas for passenger vehicles include garages
and driveways. Non-passenger vehicles such as commercial and
recreational vehicles, boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, etc;
are not permitted to be parked in driveways or on the street.
Vehicles parked in unapproved areas are subject to removal.
Screened areas for parking such vehicles on lots must have prior
approval of the architectural control committee. Inoperable or
unlicensed vehicles are considered non-passenger vehicles and
are subject to removal if parked for longer than 48 hours in an
unapproved area. Use restrictions pertaining to vehicles can be
found in section 6.6 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions (CC&R's).
You can download the CC&R's from the association website.

Cats ranging free in the neighborhood
Hello everyone. I wanted to just drop you all a quick note about cats in the neighborhood. As with dogs and other pets, cats should not be allowed to run free when not on your property. We have had several complaints of cats entering houses, and defecating in yards in which children play. Also, please remember that the little fluffball you so adore is a predator and serious threat to wildlife in the protected area.
If you own a cat, please do not let it run free. Thanks.
See CCR Article 6.10. The CCRs can be found on the association website.
