Architectural Control Committee Goals
The ACC wishes to work with homeowners to ensure that any construction, alteration or refurbishing of your property meets the community standards. This can include anything
from painting the exterior of your house a different color, putting up a fence, erecting a fountain in the front yard, erecting an outbuilding or adding a structure to the house.

Submitting a Plan
Plans must be submitted to the ACC by providing a written request with project details to:

James Lupori
19721 82nd Lane NE
(425)488-1078
or
email: James Lupori

If you wish to do any construction, alteration, refurbishing or erection on your property, you must submit a plan to the ACC. You can expect an initial response within 5 business days. Final
approval may take longer based on the particular project/s.
If you have already completed a project considered under the jurisdiction of the ACC, you will be required to submit a written proposal for review. It is not the intention of the committee to be punitive but to ensure that your projects are in
line.

Non-Compliance

If the ACC does not approve your project, and you do it anyway:
• You will be fined by the Homeowners Association according to the fine schedule.
• You will be required to remove what you have done.

If you do not take action to remove the
completed work, the Bridlepath Homeowner’s
Association will hire appropriate
contractors to remove the work and you
will be billed for it.
