The Bond Dates

Maintenance and Defect Agreement (two years) for Public Roads and Drainage - Surety bond for $541,204 provided by Harbour Homes 2/4/05.

• Final inspection required by the City prior to 2/4/07. If all improvements are in place then the City will release the bond and assume ownership of public roads and drainage facilities.

Agreement to Install Recreation Equipment and Landscaping for a Subdivision - Surety bond for $102,404.62 provided by Harbour Homes 5/28/04.

• Final inspection required by the City prior to 5/28/06. If all improvements are in place the City will release the bond amount.
• The homeowners are responsible for ownership and maintenance of recreation areas, open space areas and landscaping once ownership is transferred from the developer.

Sensitive Area Restoration Agreement - Surety bond for $180,071.29 provided by Harbour Homes 7/22/03.

• This agreement remains in effect through the three year monitoring period between 7/25/05 through 7/25/08.
• Final inspection required by the City prior to 7/25/08. If all improvements are in place the City will release the bond amount.
• The homeowners are responsible for ownership and maintenance of sensitive area tracts once ownership is transferred from the developer.
