Tot Lot Meeting Minutes

February 16, 2007

Committee members present:  Jen Seo, chair; Lisa Cobb; Bonnie Pearce; Tia Birmingham; Angela Compton and Chris Koehler

Reviewed information discussed at last meeting.

Discussed and looked at Big Toys page 8 and 29.

Jen asked for a write up of pros/cons/other information for:

Rainbow Play Systems – Lisa

Big Toys – Tia

Play Town – Bonnie

Meeting with rep from Big Toys – Lisa will call and arrange that as well as find out if they have any sales.

Juan measured area and will email to Jen

Boarders – Lisa will ask gal at Rainbow cost

Woodchips – Chris will contact Pacific Topsoil for information

Discussed flyer drop offs at neighbors doors with suggestions, pros/cons and amounts.  Would have invite to “come to an open house” to discuss and gather more information.

Need to gather insurance information to have on hand at open house.

Next meeting on Friday, March 9^th at 7 pm at Lisa’s.
